You are not obligated in any way. You have the freedom to deactivate your activity or account at any time. We also provide you with complete control over your availability and pricing, which you can modify as desired.
However as marketplace we expect the certain level of availability when you list your products on our platform. Low & No availability can lead to cancellations. As per our policies below is the desirable cancellation rate (90 DAYS AVERAGE).
‘Excellent’ product quality level | Less than 5% |
‘Good’ product quality level | 5% - 15% |
We understand that there will be cases in which you have to cancel for reasons out of your control. This rate doesn’t include cancellations that are made due to adverse weather, a significant global event, or where the customers asks you to cancel for them. Cancelled bookings will only affect your cancellation rate for 90 days from the booking date, after which point they will no longer count.
